Top American nuclear envoy Christopher Hill has met his Chinese counterpart in Beijing after a trip to North Korea failed to stop the communist regime from restoring its nuclear facilities.
Hill said in the South Korean capital Seoul on Friday that the talks in Pyongyang were "very substantive" but gave no further details.
