Actress Sienna Miller has accepted Ј15,000 damages in an out-of-court settlement against the Daily Star over a paparazzi photo.
The 26-year-old star took action over the picture taken in Los Angeles, which she claimed violated her privacy.
The paper has also printed an apology to the Layer Cake star.
The Daily Star said it accepted she was "extremely harassed and distressed by persistent pursuit and intimidating tactics" adopted by the paparazzi.
"We apologise to Sienna for publishing this photograph."
