At least 10 people have been killed in the Iraqi province of Diyala by a suicide attacker who set off a bomb in a crowd at a banquet, police have said.
The guests were attending an Iftar celebration, when Muslims can break their fast during Ramadan, in Balad Ruz, 70km (45 miles) north of Baghdad.
One official told the Associated Press the target was the house of a newly released detainee of a US-run prison.
