Leading Belarusian opposition figure, Alexander Kozulin, has reportedly been released from prison.
His daughter said he telephoned her from prison and told her he had been set free. Kozulin is considered by western governments to be the most prominent political prisoner in Belarus. His release has long been a western condition closer ties with the authoritarian regime of President Alexander Lukashenko.
