Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki has said a new round of talks scheduled for Saturday on his country's disputed nuclear programme is a positive development.
Talking to reporters in the Turkish capital Ankara, Mottaki also said that he hoped the outcome of the talks would reflect the optimism surrounding the new negotiation process, in which a US diplomat is set to participate for the first time.
