German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has arrived in Tbilisi in a bid to revive peace talksover unrest in Georgia's rebel regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
Steinmeier's task will be to align Georgian views with the demands of Moscow and the Russian-backed separatist regions.
