The operation was successful and Klaus has been recovering satisfactorily. He regularly trains walking and does rehabilitation exercises. In an interview for today's issue of the daily Mlada fronta Dnes (MfD), Klaus said that after leaving the Bulovka clinic, he will probably spend some time in Prague's Malvazinky rehabilitation centre. Ochvat, nevertheless, said it has not been definitively decided on how and when Klaus will be treated at Malvazinky. Klaus wants to spend most of the summer season at the presidential chateau in Lany, central Bohemia. His convalescence is to take some three months. He is unlikely to be out of office for the whole time. This Monday, he received the first working visit in hospital and started to deal with his mail.
