An earthquake measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale has struck south-western Greece, killing at least two people and injuring almost 100 others.
The Athens Geodynamic Institute said the epicentre was near the port city of Patras. That's about 200 kilometres west of Athens. Dozens of houses were destroyed or severely damaged in the quake.
