German citizen held by US forces as terror suspect ... if it matches three DNA samples found in connection with the killing of Siegfried Buback, who at the time was West Germany's top prosecutor. Buback was ambushed in his car in Karlsruhe on April 7, 1977 by two persons on a motorcycle, who then fled to a getaway car driven by a third RAF guerrilla. Four RAF members have served lengthy prison terms for the murder, although authorities have never been able to pin down who actually fired the fatal shots because the group refused to talk.
