Court slows Bolivian reform ... of the four presidential candidates are to meet with the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission in the capital Harare to compare their vote tallies with preliminary official results. The meeting comes a day after electoral commission sources said opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai was ahead in the count, with between 47 and 50 percent of the vote but with no outright majority. Meanwhile human rights groups have said President Robert Mugabe has unleashed his security forces to brutalise and intimidate opposition supporters in the lead up to an expected runoff vote.
