Protesters have disrupted the latest leg of the Olympic torch relay in South Korea despite heavy police presence in the capital.
An hour into the relay, police prevented a North Korean defector from setting himself on fire with gasoline. Another protester had earlier rushed toward the flame in an attempt to unfurl a banner calling for China to respect the rights of North Korean refugees.
