Pakistani Afghan envoy 'missing' ... diplomats were safe. Two lawmakers have been reported wounded. The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack which was reportedly directed at the president. A Taliban spokesman said that six militants had launched the operation and that three of them had been killed in the attack. The incident took place during a celebration marking the 16th anniversary of the expulsion of Russians forces from Kabul.
