A suicide bomber Helmand clash 'kills 25 Taleban' ...
Afghan chief criticises Britain ... has killed three police officers in an attack in southern Afghanistan, police say.
Three others were wounded in the attack in the southern province of Helmand.
The bomber blew himself up after walking up to a police vehicle near Lashkar Gah, the capital of the province.
South Afghanistan is a stronghold of the Taleban and thousands of foreign troops are fighting them there. Much of the violence is in Helmand.
Due to fighting between the British troops and Taleban insurgents, thousands of people have been displaced across Helmand.
The southern province, where thousands of British troops clash daily with Taleban insurgents, grows half the country's opium poppies.
The Nato-led International Security Assistance Force, (Isaf) has asked for as many as 10,000 more troops to boost security in Afghanistan.
Isaf's numbers have risen from 33,000 troops to 47,000 in the past 15 months, in response to a resurgence from the Taleban and other militants
