in an interview for Monday's issue of daily Hospodarske noviny (HN). Topolanek himself does to conceal his doubts about Kosovo's independence. "Kosovo is an ulcer in the western Balkans to which there is no good solution," he told HN. "The Serbs are our traditional partners. We have our trade interests there. We have there our soldiers and at the moment we do not approve independent Kosovo, they will become an occupational army. It affects our relations in the EU as well as NATO," Topolanek said.
